As a Group Leader you will be focused on the following:
- Failure Analysis / Low Yield Analysis: Management of a technical team to deliver accurate analytical results that can lead to the identification of root causes of different failure modes generated in an electronic device assembly and test environment.
- Calibration Execution: management of calibration tasks for different pieces of metrology and test equipment used in an electronic device assembly and test environment.
Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics, Materials Science / Materials Engineering or related field.
- 2+ year of experience with Advanced Materials Analysis (Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience)
- 4+ Years of Experience in Electronics Assembly and Test Manufacturing with focus on Lab Operations.
- 2+ Years of demonstrated experience in formal/informal management positions that involve leadership of multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Advanced English Level.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Mechanical/Electronics, Materials Science / Materials Engineering or similar field.
- Knowledge/Experience in Managing Tools / Processes in an Engineering Lab Environment.
- Familiar with Non-Conforming Material Disposition Tools and Processes.
- Knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 Standard is a plus.
