JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleFailure Analysis Laboratory SupervisorJob DescriptionFailure Analysis Laboratory SupervisorIn this role, you have the opportunity to make life betterEnsures an efficient and effective operation of the Failure Analysis Laboratory through the compliance of Quality System and regulatory bodies' requirements.You are responsible for• Review complaint data and identify trends; escalate significant issues to Quality Assurance management as needed.• Collaborate with other internal groups to respond to product inquiries and issues• Provide the FA Lab team with all the tools and equipment required to perform the decontamination of the returned product and complete investigations in a timely manner.• Lead a multidisciplinary team that will strength people management skills.• High level of exposure to local and out of the country teams.
In this position there is the possibility to gain experience and knowledge related to Post Market Surveillance processes.To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the followingBachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering or similar or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.2 years of experienceleading teams , +2 years of related experience in complaints processing and/or investigation in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical industry.Detailed oriented, results driven and a good communicator.Advanced English knowledge.
