Facilities Engineer is accountable for services such as building maintenance, critical process as clean rooms maintenance and environmental conditions and purified water system, to make sure the environment is in a suitable condition to run production. Also, attend any building, utilities and facilities systems maintenance needed to maintain the working environment.Major Areas of AccountabilityMaintenanceEnsuring that all electromechanical systems under responsibility of Facilities and EHS department (FEHS) can run continuously and according to Coloplast and local standardsDevelopment of a maintenance planExecute preventive and corrective maintenance for the FEHS electromechanical systems, these systems include but not limited to fire suppression system, compressed air, chilled water, purified water, HVAC, hot water, vacuum, heat and air extraction, waste disposal, kitchen, purified water, chemical handling and Atex systems.Prevention and repair of emerging building problemsInspecting buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovationsTrack and supervise the BMS system of the plantFulfilment of work ordersTracking leading and lacking indicators for FEHS departmentPlanning and monitoring maintenance costEnergy management and continuous improvement of efficiencyKeep operational documentation up to date and valid.Participation in projects and/or Project managementManagement of the facilities critical systemsManagement supportProvide support to the FEHS Manager on the cleaning, waste disposal, catering, security, parking and related activities of Coloplast CAR's buildings.Supervising contractors including cleaning and maintenance.Attend visitors or suppliers that need access to the site to provide services.Quote services or goods necessary for the good maintenance/operation of the facility.Check quality of work delivered by contractorsAlign daily operational tasks with peers and other departmentsPerform any task assigned by FEHS manager related to the activities of the companyProvide improvement ideas and suggestions for savingsAchieving indicators defined by managementSafetyReview and fulfil any regulatory or EHS documentation needed for the daily work.Supervise safe execution of activities performed by contractors and ensure proper work permits are completed, approved, executed, closed, and archived.Ensure to comply with and be responsible for enforcing work safety, and Coloplast values at all times.Performing their job in compliance with the guidelines givenDrawing attention to the manager to any difficulties in understanding or following the guidelinesDrawing attention to inefficiency of the systemTake responsibility for those safety aspects identified for the given position.Essential QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical, electromechanical, electrical engineering or related qualification.Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles that include building maintenanceOriented to customer service and proactive (highly desired)Comfortable reading and understanding blueprintsKnowledge on Cleanroom operationSpecial works safety permits experience**English level**: C1Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProven experience as Facilities EngineerAbility to manage a varied and complex workloadProblem-solvingPredictive maintenance knowledge (desirable)The ability to lead technical teamsFamiliarity with quality and health and safety standardsCommunication and negotiation skills (required)Project management knowledgeGood organizational and time-management skillsBasic knowledge of MS OfficeWilling to go the ´´extra mile´´High degree of flexibilityCon unos ambiciosos planes de crecimiento, Coloplast desarrolla y comercializa productos y servicios que hacen la vida más fácil a aquellas personas con necesidades de cuidados sanitarios especiales.
