The Facilities Services Coordinator will work closely with the Facilities Manager to support all facilities activities. This position will provide facilities management support to the Facilities Manager and the Business Unit Leaders assuring excellence in service and solutions to business needs.
This role is the responsible for handling relationship with contractors and service providers to ensure a safe, comfortable and customer experience work environment for the employees.
Also, is the responsible to update Facilities policies and procedures in coordination with other support areas (HR, IT, Admin, etc.) to ensure accurate operation of the Facility.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders to identify requirements and areas of opportunities to deliver solutions to their needs.
- Partner up with Facilities Team to address business needs and provide solutions to internal customers.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience to all employees including evaluation of the services provided by Facilities Team.
- To coordinate the Transportation Services, including Parking, Carpool Program and Special Services requests from Business Units.
- Direct Cleaning Services, including relation with vendor and crew.
- To manage Cafeteria Services including special services as Catering and Events.
- Supervise Wellness Center contract and services. Lead all aspects of operation and cost.
- Lead the Quality Management System for Facilities Department.
- Coordination of Admin Support Staff.
- Tracking, forecast and review of Budget with Facility Manager, for the Services under responsibility.
- Gatekeeper for compliance of the Free Zone Regulation and Emerson Trade Compliance Guidelines.
- Support the Facility Manager to prepare documentation for the Business Continuity Plan strategy for the site.
- Reports in a monthly basis metrics, SLA performance and continuous improvement initiatives status.
- Supervise Meeting Rooms/Events requirements.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- College degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Related.
- English - B2.
- Knowledge in the regulation of Free Trade.
- Knowledge in Contracts Management.
- Proven 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 Tools.
