A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Performs repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment.Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.Uses hand and power tools.Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment.Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment.May redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment.Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. Must Have: Minimum Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.Completed secondary school or minimum Ninth grade of secondary school.Electromechanical Technician - Electrical Technician or Mechanical Technician (INA or CTP graduate desirable) or related.Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).This is an on-site weekly shift day position with working hours between (flexible hours/time and overtime when required) - It can be from Monday to Friday or from Monday to Saturday. Nice to Have Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Ability to use multi meter to troubleshoot incoming power and low voltage controls.HVAC experience.EPA universal certification.Ability to sweat, braze and pro-press pipe.Familiar with chiller plant and water treatment (RO/DI systems).Preferred communication English intermediate-avanced.Experience in - air conditioning - water cooling - positive displacement - diaphragm pumps - water cooling system.Desirable demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485 requirements.Knowledge in EHS field.Knowledge about project management.Works under moderate degree of supervision.
