Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Exposure Management & Collections on Past Due Invoices
- Provide Cash Application team with timely & accurate remittance instructions
- Generate provisional invoices for prepay customers
- Provide customers with Statement of Accounts
- Timely resolution of invoice disputes
- Process customer refunds as needed
- Adhoc projects and requests as needed
Special Training:
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
- Oracle/GetPaid/HighRadius knowledge preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with sensitive time frames.
- Must be able to meet and or exceed operational requirements for response to inquiries and request for documentation.
- Must be comfortable in a goal-oriented setting.
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.
- Must have strong Customer Service skills.
- Must know how to write, read, and speak in English
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in Accounting, Exposure Control, or Credit (Accounting preferred)
- Prior experience working in Natural Gas/Energy markets (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
