**_ How you'll make your mark:_**
- Typically interact with internal users, high-level individual contributors, managers and program core teams to gather business requirements and present solutions.
- Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on business intelligence solutions and projects.
- Lead multiple project teams of engineers, data analysts and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
- Quickly evaluate and choose the best design and data architecture to fulfil solution needs and being capable to effectively communicate this to the team and colleagues.
- Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
- Provide domain-specific expertise and overall software and business intelligence solutions leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the organization.
- Effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less
- experienced staff members.
Here what we are looking for in this position.
**_ About you:_**
**Required**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Advanced English level.
- 6+ experience as data analyst or business intelligence developer.
- 4+ experience as tech lead.
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft's stack like Excel, PowerQuery and PowerBI.
- Demonstrated experience of back-end technologies like Python.
- Advanced SQL querying on relational databases like **MSSQL Server,** PostgreSQL, OracleDB and MySQL.
- Querying experience of NoSQL like Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
- Extensive knowledge in data visualization tools like Tableau, Grafana, PowerBI, QlikView, Matplotlib (Python), or others.
- Knowledge of XML and JSON data formats.
- Knowledge in statistical analysis.
- Advanced in verbal and written communication and presentation.
- A professional with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
**Desirable**:
- Demonstrated experience of back-end technologies like NodeJS and.Net Core
- Programming experience on VBA for MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Python or R, and DataFrame-based data structures.
- Experience with timeseries databases such as InfluxDB.
- Experience on project management.
