**Responsibilities**:
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Concur support, maintenance, follow up and point of contact (POC).
- Report creation and dashboards maintenance.
- Audit of expense reports in Concur.
- Idocs review, correction, and root cause elimination.
- Accrual reporting.
- Provide support in Concur open items follow ups.
- Provide trainings and maintain calls when needed with our internal clients.
- Assist in creating documentation and training materials when needed.
- Finding opportunity areas to create and implement improvement proposals.
Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- English proficiency - 80%
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Sense of urgency and proactiveness.
- Intermediate Microsoft knowledge
- Previous Accounts Payable (AP) experience is a plus.
