Your Role and Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
- Naturally build relationships and understand the necessity of cultivating these relationships with Executive Search Leads, Executive Integration Leads, and other supporting functions. Use knowledge of how and when to leverage relationships to solve problems and meet objectives.
- Work closely with IBM Legal, Export Regulations, Executive Compensation
- Team with the Executive Search Lead in a flexible work environment
- Participate in Transformation and Innovation initiatives
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 5 years experience in Recruitment/Human Resources
- At least 5 years experience with Applicant Tracking System/CRM/HRIS
English required
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Able to articulate and compare alternatives approaches.
- Negotiate with specified objectives.
- Able to recognize problems related to project objectives.
- Applied creativity and judgment to professional technical, or operational problems.
- Independently generate solutions, based on analytical skills and business knowledge.
- Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop solutions.
