Compensation**:USD800 - 1K/month.**

Location**:Remote (for Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Dominican Republic residents).**

Skills**:Proficient in project management, and calendar management.**

Responsibilities and more:

- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with executive priorities.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Pay: ¢425,000.00 - ¢530,000.00 per month
