This position is responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand visibility across the country. Its purpose is to seek compliance of execution guidelines aligned with business plans, contributing to Kellanova's growth through AMPPS' Perfect Execution. The main objetives are to enhace business growth and brand performance across the country by developing and executing CMK and MKT Strategies and tactics aligned with business objectives, designing and implementing promotional programs, trade marketing initiatives and shopper marketing campaigns, analyzing market insights and sales data to identify opportunities and make decisions and managing Brand Building Budget for his/her country (end to end process).

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
**Assure Execution**: Assure the adequate execution of AMPPS in his/her region with an effective and efficient use of resources
**Supervision and Business Analytics**: Supervise and analyze territory performance alongside customers to generate action plans. Also, review and analyze sales statistics, weekly / monthly sell out
Review on shelf placement strategy execution. EDGE support, with focus on priority portfolio, pricing, commercial calendar, etc.
Follow up on innovation and new products encoding in distributors and customers.
Maintain consistent in-store visibility to ensure brand awareness, equity and proper innovation support and coordinate and supervise merchandising, impulse and sampling teams.
We're Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's Degree.
3+ business experience in sales, trade and / or customer marketing departments.
Field Execution experience.
Deep Knowledge on market / customer dynamics in each region.
**Office**: intermediate or higher.
Strong Communication and negotiation Skills.
**English**: Intermediate or higher.
