**What We'll Bring**:
The Event Coordinator role supports the Event Marketing team and business stakeholders with the management of various event tools and processes. This position will serve as the primary registration and mobile app manager for all proprietary events and will assist with creating event surveys and other event technology solutions. This role will assist with event marketing financial processes, assisting the event marketing team with payment processing and monthly budget updates. This role will assist in management of our exhibit services self-service portal. This role will also assist in creating event management templates to help drive consistency and efficiency in how we work.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Bachelors' degree in event management/hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience executing events and working with event management tools
- Cvent experience is required
- Experience working with exhibit services inventory management platforms is a plus
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem solve, manage multiple projects/events at one time, and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong people skills, willingness to accept and provide direction, ability to work independently while remaining a team player
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing in English throughout all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
**Impact You'll Make**:
- Serve as the event management platform expert using Cvent to build and manage attendee hub websites, event registration websites, event reporting, waitlists, etc. Annually, this includes ~18 proprietary Summits and Internal Sales events, 27 Customer Advisory Boards, and potentially 7 International Summits. Proficiency in Cvent is required.
- Build and manage event mobile apps. Annually, this includes ~18 proprietary Summits and Internal Sales events.
- Assist in creation of event surveys for Summits and Advisory Boards, along with other event solutions such as polling.
- Assist event marketing team members with event administrative tasks involving processes with procurement and finance. Assist team members in updating monthly budget reporting.
- Build and manage the exhibit services self-service portal, managing inventory of branded assets for use at smaller events (~65 annually), and assisting stakeholders in ordering/shipping those items to/from events they are managing directly.
- Work with event marketing team members to keep event calendar updated with accurate information.
- Assist in creation of event management templates to help drive consistency and efficiency in how we work.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
