Interessado em uma oportunidade profissional na área de folha de pagamento na Thomson Reuters?Estamos procurando um Especialista em Folha de Pagamento para se juntar à Thomson Reuters.Esta função processa informações relacionadas à função de folha de pagamento.Sobre o cargo (About the role)Nesta oportunidade, como Especialista em Folha de Pagamento você irá:Processar um ou mais dos seguintes: contratações, rescisões, lançamentos de proventos e descontos aos funcionários, alterações salariais, cálculo e análise de folha de pagamento, mudanças fiscais, depósitos bancários e pagamentos especiais.Processar férias, licença médica, afastamentos e registros de compensação do trabalhador.Compilar relatórios sobre pagamento base e prêmio.Gerar relatórios contábeis e analisá-los no que se refere a movimentos de Folha de Pagamento, fornecendo suporte ao time de contabilidade.Gerar recibos de pagamentos.Auxiliar a equipe na geração de relatórios solicitados por outros times e/ou auditoria.Aplicar as habilidades de trabalho adquiridas e as políticas e procedimentos da empresa para concluir as tarefas atribuídas.Escopo e impactoTrabalha em tarefas de natureza semi-rotineira, mas reconhece a necessidade de desvio da prática aceita.Relacionamentos: Interno / ExternoNormalmente segue os procedimentos estabelecidos na rotina de trabalho;
