**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
**Innovation & Ideation**

**Internal stakeholders**

RSA and GBS work closely together to provide a seamless, fast, and consistent response to request.
EUM managers in RSA and GBS have regular meetings for customer needs

GBS is incorporated into appropriate regional all-staff meetings to stay informed of RSA and updates to business will be provided as needed through interactions outlined in deliverables

Training and onboarding partner of Regulatory colleagues & other functions as required

**Commercialization & Labelling**

Reviews the commercialization process, for all relevant labelling and NFP formatting compliance.
Performs same comprehensive review and approvals required for formula changes through Kerry Tracks.
Proactively partner with RDA, EUM & commercial colleagues to support on new development and innovation to deliver on our strategic priorities

Proactively partnering with Nutrition team on new product development claims, novel ingredients, new regulations, front of pack etc.
to ensure compliance with regulations & informing appropriate marketing communications and customer relationships

**Customer/ external engagement**

Working closely with the senior R&SA scientist to ensure they are update to date of the latest development of relevant industry regulations and regulatory trends across the region and share with relevant stakeholders.
Proactively business partnering with EUM on specific customer opportunities, strategic customer engagements including customer presentations

**Qualifications and skills**:
Degree in a Scientific/Technical field (or equivalent experience)

Experience: 4 in Food and beverage industry, in regulatory, QA or RDA
