Role Responsibilities:Handling higher level investigations, assisting on escalated inquiries received over the phone, e-mail and MS Teams chat by KYC associates or other compliance groups.You will perform real-time analysis, monitoring and workload assignation of cases and call volume, showing the ability to evaluate risks and opportunities and make the best decisions to achieve the company's goals.Real time monitoring of associates, support and foster a positive and high-performing culture within the team.
You will be responsible for identifying and finding a course of action for technical and other issues reported, having the ability to recognize risk to be mitigated.You will need to be attentive to details and capable of working and prioritizing effectively under stress or in difficult situations.
You may be required to prepare and distribute reports for your function, being able to analyze and take or suggest actions based on the scenario presented.You will have to represent the department and if required assist on the ongoing training or projects.
You will be assisting the Team Leader with other tasks as required.
Role Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in an AML Compliance position related to KYC, risk environment, banking or any other compliance group related to due diligence analysis based on typologies and PSA (Potential Suspicious Activity)Intermediate knowledge of excel and PowerBI.We require you to be fluent in English – written and verbal skills (English level B2+ minimum).
Formal education bachelor's degree desired (Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering) Be yellow belt certified or commit to getting certified during the first year in the position.Availability to work in weekends and on mix shifts such as 10 am to 7 pm or 9 am to 6 pm.
