**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Performs installation, maintenance, and repairs on line manufacturing or plant equipment.
- Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components, and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
- Maintains appropriate maintenance and repair logs.
- Uses a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment.
- May redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment.
- May estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as required.
- Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical and mechanical infrastructure in facilities.
- Installs, operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and
- balancing, WFI (water for injection), purified water and process equipment.
- Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies.
- Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience
- Electromechanical Technician - Electrical Technician or Mechanical Technician (INA or CTP graduate desirable) or related.
**Nice to Have**
- Preferably in Manufacturing plants
- Preferred communication English intermediate-avanced
- Experience in - air conditioning - water cooling - positive displacement - diaphragm pumps - water cooling system
- Desirable demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485 requirements.
- Knowledge in EHS field
- Knowledge about project management
- Works under moderate degree of supervision
