**Job Description**:
**Summary**
The Enterprise Risk Programme Director role is a key role within EITS and plays a pivotal role in the embedded 1st Line of Defence risk model in Experian, reporting into the VP Risk Management, EITS.
The role is responsible for managing large, complex Enterprise-wide risk reduction projects, which will often be cross-functional, and pan-regional.
These projects could occasionally be transformational in nature, requiring significant technology change and process change capability.
The Enterprise Risk Programme Director will influence the project design and structure, and partner with the project sponsors and senior stakeholders to deliver.
The role is also responsible for ensuring an effective stakeholder engagement and management both within the regional and global teams, with risk owners and with key line 2 teams (GRM, GSO, Compliance, Legal) and Internal Audit.
They are expected to direct the work of the Regional / BU leads and be responsible for, but not limited to, programme design, the programme plan, execution, resource management, risk and issue management, quality, change management, risk management, communications, stakeholder management, budget and quality standards and practices, and the assurance of all these within any sub-projects managed by Project Managers.
**What you´ll do**:
Project Management
- Delivery of Enterprise-wide risk programmes/projects according to agreed time / budget / scope / quality / change control criteria.
- Defining, sourcing and managing the necessary resources to complete these programmes and sub-projects, making timely changes where necessary to achieve objectives.
- Ensuring the development of accurate plans and budgets, finding improvements to efficiency and effectiveness in the use of resources, reporting variances to senior management where there is likely to be a significant impact on agreed delivery parameters.
- Effectively controlling the issues, risk, dependencies and changes in scope associated with large, complex programmes, ensuring timely intervention and communication to stakeholders.
- Conducting regular reviews of outcomes, both internally with programme team and with senior stakeholders during and after the delivery has been completed

Operational
- Establish project and programme assurance as a formal discipline
- Provide Senior Exec status reporting on risk programmes to senior governance forums (SCSC, OpCo, ERMC etc) enabling greater accountability for action owners / Exec sponsors and to give the Global Exec an accurate view on the organisation's risk profile and / or areas of focus.
- Proactively identify issues through the use of standard assurance techniques; audits, plan reviews, etc.
Provide suggested remedial plans as appropriate
- Provide regular reports on project and programme performance and overall portfolio health to senior leadership / programme sponsors.
- Provide confidence that projects and programmes will deliver to time, cost and quality.
Regulatory, Governance and Control
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements within programme scope and escalate issues quickly.
- Pro-actively identify risks and take steps to mitigate these.
- Ensure Regional / functional project leads understand the importance of adhering to their regulatory obligations and responsibility for implementation of company policies and procedures.

Oversight of Technology Risk Programmes
- Responsible for the overall coordination of pan-regional risk programmes (as required), working across the regions to ensure appropriate actions plans are in place with realistic target dates and named owners.
- To act as an SME on these risk programmes providing the link between the regions and the 2nd / 3rd line or Global teams, ensuring the timely and accurate dissemination of information and 2 way feedback between parties.
