Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. **Responsibilities**:

- Participates in assessing and incorporating ongoing business and regulatory needs into the Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation business architecture
- Contributes to creating a standard Enterprise Business Architecture Technology Process through the collation and assessment of major Business Initiatives in conjunction with Business and Technology leads
- Contributes to the global implementation of common data and data standards, common processes and integrated technology platforms
- Participates in creating effective and efficient processes and governance
- Assists in enabling a foundational reporting infrastructure across Citi businesses and global functions by ensuring consistency within Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation
- Manages implementation of procedures and development of analyses and report
- Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices
- Escalates problems or issues relating to transactions, processes, reports or, procedures
- This position will include a combination of executing and existing forecast processes as well as working with business and technology partners to identify and develop enhancements, improvements, and new functionality
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience with data management / continuous change control improvement
- Advanced English level
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience co-ordinating and/or managing change
- Highly refined artefact design skills (spreadsheets, presentations)
- Advanced level in Excel & Power Point
- Experience developing and organizing MS-Sharepoint sites would be an asset
- Working knowledge of master reference data design principles and related metadata would be an asset
- Previous experience executing or managing runbooks would be an asset
- Ability to work with teams as well as independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize critical tasks with a high attention to detail

- Bachelors/University degree finished

**Enterprise Architecture **is a dynamic strategic organization at the forefront of the Citi Transformation efforts. We act as a catalyst across businesses and functions driving the transformation of Citi into a simpler, customer-centric organization. We are responsible for partnering with business lines and functions to establish the framework for and execute the simplification program, which includes developing enterprise-wide domain taxonomies, publishing standard playbooks and procedures, as well as creating process and design engineering models. We also provide the businesses and functions with ongoing governance, program oversight, and metrics and reporting to ensure consistency, control, and accountability as it relates to the program. We partner with the business to develop the frameworks that are the foundations of everything we do.This is a role within the Enterprise Architecture team supporting the execution of Citi's Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM), representing an opportunity to further the organization's company-wide immediate and long-term transformational activities. The Enterprise Architecture Intermediate Analyst is responsible for supporting continuous improvements of key CEAM enterprise-level taxonomies, by executing change management activities and performance of related tasks. Developed communication and analytical skills are critical for this role, as is an unwavering attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manages key deliverables associated with CEAM (_Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodolog_y) workstreams: _enterprise business architecture taxonomies_ and _enterprise issue mapping_
- ** Provides operational support for change management (prepares change control board meeting materials, prepares key artefacts for system updates, partners with operations teams to implement change events)**:

- ** Prepares materials and provides recurring updates to relevant committees, forums, and workgroups**:

- Manages departmental Sharepoint site
- Supports ongoing, continuous change control improvement efforts, including and especially identifying risks within operational procedures
- Partners with colleagues and stakeholders in the execution of CE
