English Teacher (Esl) - Remote

Position Overview:
Open English is searching for English speakers with 1+ year(s) of ESL teaching experience to provide academic services for beginner to advanced students from the comfort of their own home. Academic Specialists enjoy part-time, hourly schedules and work is done virtually.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver high quality, English language instruction in private, group or cohort specialty live class sessions through our learning platforms (audio/video based).
Employ the OE curriculum, online pedagogy and teaching methodology to provide individual feedback to students after each class.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior experience teaching English as a second language.
- Holds a TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or equivalent or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Conversational or above Spanish.
- Must provide ten (10) hours minimum of availability each week.
- Must have a reliable, high-speed (at least 2Mbps) internet connection.
- Must have a webcam and headset with microphone.
- Must pass background check.
