In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting.

**_ Management Level Definition:_**
- Collaborate closely with teams from various functions but primarily with teams developing SW, FW, and Operating Systems, within HPE for new architectures enabling Storage as a Service solutions.
- You'll work to help shape the Storage as a Service platform development model for HPE GreenLake Storage development in multiple geographical locations and business environments.
- Provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products.
- Communicates and represents progress of development teams in diverse geographies to Storage Program Management stakeholders.
- Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget.
- Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.
- Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and project direction input.
- Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
- Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
**_ In a typical day as a Engineering Program/Project Manager, you would:_**
- Managing complex programs utilizing standard Program Management tools while implementing best practices across each phase of the program.
- Creating and managing program schedules that show all applicable stakeholders, risks, issues and dependencies while maintaining a clear and well-defined path to completion.
- Overseeing and ensuring all program deliverables are released and align with applicable milestones and completion criteria.
- Partnering with Product Management, and Development teams, in multiple geographies to understand the customer requirements, product roadmap, and roadmap dependencies.
- Ensuring team members are aligned prior to key milestone checkpoints & governance reviews and that core functions are aligned with their respective leadership.
- Communicating program changes and updates proactively and effectively - verbally and in writing, while working to create simple messaging for complex topics.
- Managing cross-functional teams, working with peers to establish and strengthen relationships that foster communication and a sense of teamwork.
- Providing clear, timely and objective communication.
- Documenting program results and where applicable drive lessons learned.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- PMP/PMI certification preferred.
- Typically 4-6 years experience.
- Project Management experience required.
**_ If you are _**
- Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
- Understanding of organization and company product and service offering development process.
- Knowledge of project and program methodology, resource allocation plans, budgets, and requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.
