About the Role: Provide CIS Quality Engineering support to Operations, DQA, R&D, Clinical etc, helping to ensure delivery of highest quality product or new products to the customer.
Responsibilities: OPEX OPEX Ambassador, part of the DNA, embrace the OPEX culture by showing ownership and accountability Knowledge of business metrics to drive results to meeting the organization goals Participate in daily management meetings with the team, with active participation, challenges people goals vs capacity, suggest challenging goals to drive team to success.
This active participation should ensure an environment of teamwork to meet goals and expectations.
Identify/execute process improvements and agility projects to optimize the process.
Ensure training is completed on time.
Develop Technical Knowledge Develop a Curiosity Mindset and Critical thinking environment to look for new discoveries including: CIS Engineer: Development of new testing equipment, testing method, trending analysis, process improvement, among others.
Improve Failure Analysis documentation.
CMC Engineer: Process improvement, visualization tools, GCMS BOTS Agility, Daily Task Process Improvement, Reportability Reduction, Late Reports Prevention, among others.
Identify gaps personally and level-up with the rest of team, if there is a case in the core team notify to the supervisor.
System knowledge (GCMS, SAS) System knowledge for process improvement System use for decision making, product approval, drive/train procedure updates as required Specific tasks for CIS Engineer: Drive changes in the product performance through product Knowledge by applying Problem Solving tools, PAG improvement, etc.
Perform SEF on time by having the appropriate knowledge based on the procedure and the feedback from the team.
SER/CRB preparation and presentation in the corresponding forums as required.
Constant communication with the stakeholders and partners (PU, DQA, R&D, Marketing, AQM, SFMD Representatives, CMC, other CIS, among others) for escalation of issues, product performance, action tracking.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in chemical, Industrial, Electronic, Biotechnology, Electromechanical Engineering or Related Field.
English Level: B2: (70% - 79%).
Desired knowledge: Statistical skills, ASQ Certified, Knowledge of Six Sigma, Knowledge of Lean, APQP or similar.
