MFG Lead - 100% onsite
This position's responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, and manage performance.
- Assesses personnel and material levels to determine production schedules.
- Assigns personnel and monitors the flow of work in process through the manufacturing facility.
- Higher job levels establish operating policies and procedures, coordination of multiple functions within a manufacturing facility, establishing strategic plans to ensure production schedules are met within established quality and cost objectives.
- Responsible for overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment.
- Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.
- Responsible for supervising the activities of product teams or staff in a manufacturing area.
- They will not have any direct reports, will be doing more integration and scheduling, with monitoring and follow up. They support an area but more as an individual contributor.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or Related degree.
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing engineering, supply chain, operational excellence in teams responsible of accomplishing operational and technical objectives and continuous improvement.
- 1 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate English Level.
- Willing to work on compressed work week either day or night.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Problem Solving Methodologies
- Basic knowledge on Factory Physics / Data Mining.
- Experience/ knowledge in Assembly / Test manufacturing process is a plus.
- SQL - Power BI knowledge.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge.

- Demonstrated discipline attentiveness to detail and the ability to work under limited supervision is required
- Must be capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines
- Must have strong communication skills
**Shift Hours**
8am-5pm training then 6am to 6pm
Shift Days
Thursday - Saturday e/o Wednesday
