This position will facilitate the implementation and continuous improvement efforts of business processes throughout the organization.
Job duties:
- Identify, manage and execute improvement initiatives for end to end business processes.
- Plan, manage and execute deliverables through proper and timely requests and utilization of resources to ensure delivery of projects.
- Provide training to all departments.
- Develop and promote business process best practices.
- Develop assessment reports including strength points, areas for improvements and recommendations.
- Work with consultants and team members in charting down user requirements.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve productivity through lean principles.
- Initiate, recommend and implement changes to improve quality system compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness; eliminate defects, reduce costs and cycle times.
- Develop manufacturing processes and create procedures, work instructions, forms.
- Own technical oversight for the planning, organizing, execution, and coordination of continuous improvement projects.
- Manage multiple projects and provide periodic updates to the org.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
- Experience in medical product manufacturing.
- Strong skills in project management.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Cross functional group collaboration in getting tasks complete.
- Computer skills including MS Office, Systems, Applications, Products and Statistical software.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Master's degree preferred.
- Medical device industry experience preferred.
