**Job Description**:
As a key member of the Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Business Development) Organization, the **Enablement Program Specialist** is responsible for overseeing the Commercial Organization's development initiatives at Experian Health.

This role is accountable for identifying skills, knowledge, resources, communication, tools, and abilities necessary for client facing professionals to achieve high growth and impact.
**Key deliverables include, but are not limited to, the following**:
- Designing an end to end, onboarding program that will ensure new client-facing professionals will be effective as quickly as possible.
- Arming our client-facing teams with the most up to date market and product knowledge to help them positively impact the client experience by establishing a robust continuing education and certification program.
- Developing learning solutions that engage adult learners using the most efficient delivery methods for an audience of client facing individuals located across the United States.
- Creating, measuring, and publishing KPIs to ensure managers have the metrics they need to manage their teams.
**Job Duties**:
- Learning Management System Configuration and Administration
- Leverage new cutting-edge tools & technologies to create on-demand, intuitive and interactive learning opportunities for Experian Health employees.
- Leverage established Experian Health training tools and processes for optimal training delivery and results.
- Learn complex concepts and communicate them in a way that is engaging & understood by internal teams.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop and implement effective and business-friendly initial and ongoing learning programs for internal client-facing teams.
- Designs development plans to onboard and support internal client-facing teams and develop them to progress through the career learning journey.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise and recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods, providing feedback to business partners on the performance of individual progress.
- Provide input to training policies and programs, determine training classes based on knowledge of identified training needs, department processes, business systems, or changes in programs or services.
- Deliver effective training sessions, including new hire onboarding, follow up, reinforcement, and reoccurring.
- Collaborate across teams and One Experian to continue to information share and leverage organizational best practices for effective training programs.
- Creating role specific onboarding and certifications for each client-facing role - evaluate education organization best practices like digital badging to showcase expertise.
- Monitors performance trends and recommends new strategies to address opportunities.
- Partners with Executives to create learning strategies to support projects and new business initiatives.
- Delivers executive summaries to communicate results and status of learning initiatives.
- Provides learning and development thought leadership, coaching, and advisory support to leaders across the business.
- Communicate clearly at all levels of the organization: publishing accomplishments, initiatives, or market trends analysis.
- Generate excitement with internal communications and information centralization.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience working with content in multiple mediums/eLearning and video course authoring skill set.
- Experience working with the following preferred: Articulate, Confluence, Salesforce, Learning Management System Administration, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, & the Microsoft Suite.
- Very strong analytical skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements and priorities.
