About the project:
The Boreal Project's goal is to streamline the data flow for Payroll Processing in Latin America.
This begins by implementing
Workday as the single data source for HCM and Absence data.
Workday will interface via API connectivity for payroll
processing in a single Deloitte system, Intelisis.
The role:
As the ELM Support Specialist you are responsible:
- To provide comprehensive expertise on Roche Workday end-to-end business processes (i.e.
hire, transfer, termination,
international assignment etc)
- To create and update test scenarios scripts in preparation for testing phases
- To complete system data setup in preparation or as part of test scenario execution for project test phases, especially end
- to-end testing; data setup should reflect Roche business reality
- To provide primary support for data migration activities; to collaborate with the data migration analyst, system experts, and
PTB team to complete activities
- To pull Workday reports to support the data migration analyses
- To analyze Workday reports against Local reports from the legacy system(s) to identify data set for data
reconciliation in Workday
- To uphold data migration methodology and commitment to data quality as defined by the project
- To create data migration workbooks with clean data that needs to be uploaded in Workday
- To facilitate review sessions with the PTB Team (i.e.
country focal points)
- To provide Spanish translation support in meetings (preferred)
- To support the project in other miscellaneous project needs, such as attending workshops and other team meetings
Who you are:
- Roche Workday process expertise and experience; ability to easily navigate through the system
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and ability to complete data analyses (can easily use formulas such as VLookup,
Concatenate etc.)
- Proactive thinker and proficient at multitasking
- Team player, self-starter, accountable, communicative
- High level knowledge of PTB processes in LATAM (preferred)
- Experience with global implementation projects (preferred)
- Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency (speaking and writing) (preferred)
**Requisitos**:
You bring the following experience:
- 0-1 years of experience in a HR services shared service center environment.
- Experience in onboarding processes such as background checks, create offers, vendor credentialing, referral programs and reporting.
- Spanish / English strong communication skills both written and spoken are essential
