This position will report to the HR Shared Services Manager.Job ScopeThe Employee Life Cycle Analyst, Implements or performs a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping. Often handles sensitive employee and company information and inquires, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.As the Employee Life Cycle Analyst, you will:- Carry out a wide range of routine HR data processing tasks as directed(i.e. new hires, rehires, data changes, assignment changes, etc.); advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed.- Manage necessary data exchange (inbound and outbound) with HR vendors.- Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree on Business Administration or similar role.- 2 - 3 years of experience in similar HR roles in shared services (HR analyst, EE Lifecycle analyst, Talent Acquisition, Payroll analyst, and similar).- Experience with Workday ATS.- Advanced English (C1).Huntsman offers unsurpassed opportunities to build a successful future.
