The Employee Engagement Leader is responsible to drive employee engagement across all resident organizations by leading and/or partnering in the design and execution of employee-centric programs and initiatives as well as managing and executing the internal communication strategy

**What you'll do**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of employee-centric programs aimed at creating and increasing employee engagement, sense of belonging, and pride in the Company.
This includes things like the celebration of key moments in the personal and professional life of the employees ( professional anniversaries, promotions, college graduation, marriage, birth/adoption of new child), recurrent events (Mother's day, Father's day, Independence, Year-end celebration), wellness initiatives and affinity groups.
- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the internal communication program.
This includes aligning key messages with Site management, defining communication vehicles, visual identity and frequency of release, and partnering with internal and external resources to produce ongoing content.
- Partner with management of the local teams to design, implement and execute recognition programs for resident organizations.
- Partner with regional and global teams to implement corporate programs locally.
This includes things like Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, and Corporate Responsibility.
- Support management of resident organizations to organize and execute organizational events such as town halls, VIP visits, as well as off-site events, team building activities, and recurrent events.
Manage within the budget allocated to the corresponding initiatives, one-time and/or recurrent events.
**What experience you need**:

- College graduate
- Bilingual English B2 level or higher
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in similar roles
