POSITION GOALS
Establish strategic partnership with key stakeholders at client Lead, coach and develop team to proactively seek insights from case work to support research Translate business intelligence into actionable insights Drive creation and leveraging of advisory assets and artifacts Provide recommendations that can carry broad impact to Advisory strategies Influence, mentor and engage a group of analysts Partner with internal and cross-functional teams to help our overall JLLT advisory practice development and customer engagement
Role Purpose
The mission of the Insights team is to deliver business intelligence, analysis, and perspectives on relevant issues in the real estate technology market.
We do so by bringing domain expertise to our client's real estate technology programs, identifying gaps in our services or products, and converting information into actionable insights.
As a Lead Analyst, you will work closely with your team to drive the collection and translation of business intelligence gained from client case work into actionable insights.
You will collaborate with other Lead Analysts to identify and resolve issues, risks and quality challenges related to case work, as well as staying tuned into trends across our clients and the market.
On account, you will be responsible for the real estate technology strategy for employee amenities / facility management
**Key responsibilities include**:
An essential part of your role will involve documenting all business processes, requirements, functional data, and interface requirements to ensure zero gaps in planning and prioritizing the technology strategies.
Alongside, you'll prepare and review functional specifications, business cases and process mapping to technology meet clients' business requirements.
Likewise, you will partner with our key stakeholders to make informed decisions about approach and share best practices and improvement opportunities relative to technology systems.

Continual evaluation of the technology utilized by the domain, weighing constraints and capabilities of the product against critical requirements across the domain
Drive the collection, analysis, and reporting out of key strategic insights garnered from team's case work and market trends
Collaboration with advisory team and other stakeholders to define scope and objectives of Research and Insights focus through active participation in the research council
**This individual will**:
Bring deep experience in real estate and associated technologies and processes, understanding how they work together to drive better business outcomes Work with various areas and teams to share and build upon best practices, identify pain points, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Drive the creation of quality deliverables by establishing structure and content, ensuring team leverages and builds upon existing assets Possess a focused and analytical mind-set, with an aptitude for problem solving Demonstrate ability to influence cross-functional teams to impact decision-making Participate actively in analysis and insight collection, sharing unbiased objective insights backed up by data Lead teams and foster a team culture across different geographies, skillsets, and case work Contribute to development of Research & Insights through publishing of articles on defined topics
