**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field.
- 2 years of electrical validation experience.
- 2 years of experience with debug skills.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with lab equipment.
- Intermediate level English.
- Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in the following areas:
- 4 years of High Speed SerDes/DDR/PLL validation.
- Knowledge of Networking Industry Reliability expectations and requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware components of Memory Interface.
- Understanding of high-speed characterization principles.
- Familiar with TX, RX, PLL measurement requirements and methodologies.
- Characterization of gigabit transceiver for 1-28Gbs for NRZ and 56 PAM4 Coding.
- Measure and characterize SerDes PHYs (PLL, CDR, Jitter Analysis and Jitter Tolerance)
- In-depth knowledge of bench test equipment: high bandwidth sampling / real-time scopes, spectrum analyzers, BERT and TDR from major equipment vendors.
- Test automation scripting for system boards and lab equipment.
- Python and/or R Scripting Experience
