**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Retrieves and enters a variety of information from various computer and web-based systems related to an applicant's education and employment history
- Searches and retrieves information from files, computer records, and other documents
- Locates information and documents quickly and accurately in accordance with applicable laws and procedures
- Supplies timely updates and notifications of delays to clients
- Understands the verifications terminology and interprets results
- Communicates effectively with educational and employment institutions to retrieve additional information as needed
- Performs duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred - specializing in Criminal Justice a plus
- 1 to 3+ years related work experience
- Familiarity with FCRA a plus
- Familiarity with TazWorks background screening software a plus
- Strong familiarity with the internet, including internet research experience
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Independent and detail oriented
- Ability to work under constant deadlines
