Job Description As a Dynamics CE Implementation Specialist, your role will involve: Participate and help to drive the implementation of Dynamics CE solutions through project phases: discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy. Collaborating as a subject matter expert with clients and project teams to devise solutions that meet client goals. Engage in discovery meetings to determine client requirements in sales, marketing, and customer service. Partnering with the Design team to influence key module processes, and with the Development Team to execute customizations using SQL Server Reporting Services. Directing user training sessions and creating enduring knowledge transfer materials. Developing and enhancing our CE implementation standards and tools. Presenting customized technology demonstrations tailored to client requirements. Qualifications Hold a BA/BS degree. Bilingual in English and Spanish to serve our diverse clientele. Robust knowledge of the CE industry and a solid grasp of relevant products. 3 to 5 years of experience, or participation in at least 3 CRM application implementations, such as Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Saleslogix, Onyx, etc. (For those aiming for a Senior CE Consultant role, at least 4 years of experience or 5 project involvements is desired.) A good understanding of relational database principles. Stellar presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire confidence in C-level executives, public entities, and boards of directors. Strong leadership abilities, coupled with excellent organizational skills, a meticulous eye for detail, self-driven motivation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Willingness and ability to travel both within the domestic sphere and internationally, as projects may require. Preferred Qualifications A Microsoft CRM Application certification would be highly advantageous. Experience in Field Service, Marketing, PSA, or Health plans will set you apart.
