Role Summary
The Decision Support Centre of Excellence (DS CoE) is a global finance organization with presence in all regions providing analytics and reporting to Finance and Business stakeholders.
The DS CoE Senior Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for delivering analytics and reporting related to:
- MAPP transactions (My Anti-Corruption Policies and Procedures) associated to FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act)- Travel transactions for Pfizer Inc supporting GBS MEET (Meetings, External Engagements and Travel) and Business stakeholders- Meeting transactions for Pfizer Inc supporting GBS MEET and Business stakeholders
The key responsibilities will include preparing and delivering analytics, reporting and visualizations associated with Pfizer financials, meetings, and external engagements ensuring alignment with the global standards
Role Responsibilities
- Configure, enhance, and maintain our analytics and visualization capability (currently built in Spotfire)
- Lead the Management, Standardization and Optimization delivery of our standard reports' portfolio and associated change management
- Analyze and validate data generated in the Pfizer transactional systems to identify trends, patterns and outliers, and collect / write commentary as required.
- Lead the management of security and monitor access to interactive dashboards and reporting portfolio.
- Lead the presentations of KPI and metrics to regional leaders in commercial, compliance and finance
- Collaborate with compliance country and regional leads to provide data as required
- Lead the delivery of training and production of required reference material to drive reporting and dashboards adoption
- Lead the partnership with Digital supporting our analytics platform to ensure it is aligned to the source system data model and functionalities
- Partner with Digital to provide requirements and specifications for reporting system enhancements, support UAT and deployment
- Collaborate with DS CoE Business Analytics and Reporting Process Lead, to drive best practices and support global dashboards maintenance
- Collaborate with peer roles across DS CoE sites to ensure best practices, global standards, and reporting enhancements
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or IT
- 3 - 5 years' experience in financial reporting and financial IT solutions delivery
- Strong experience with data modelling, metadata, and data transformation
- Strong experience with visualization technologies: Spotfire, Tableau and MicroStrategy preferred.
- Familiar with main finance processes (transactional, working capital, management reporting, planning budgeting forecasting)
- Experience with Alteryx and similar ETL technologies preferred.
- Advance knowledge of excel, including VBA
- Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English (and have worked in global/multicultural environment). Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
