**You are responsible for**

Effective (local) Business Process Ownership/Expert role for Document Control processes and tools in scope.
Establish DC support to authors and (local) process owners in defining and producing Lean Quality System documents and records; ensure proper quality of the content of documentation and records.
Establish and manage proper document review processes.
Establish, monitor and respond to metrics on the efficacy and efficiency of the document management system and its ability to support the business.
Systematically analyzes problematic situations and develops solutions consistent with organization objectives and in compliance with the internal procedures and external standards.

Ensuring the correct operation of change control system, complying with the requirements and procedures established by the company and external regulatory bodies.

**Responsibilities**
- Effective (local) Business Process Ownership/Expert role for Document Control processes and tools in scope.
- Establish DC support to authors and (local) process owners in defining and producing Lean Quality System documents and records; ensure proper quality of the content of documentation and records.
- Establish and manage proper document review processes.
- Establish, monitor and respond to metrics on the efficacy and efficiency of the document management system and its ability to support the business.
- Systematically analyzes problematic situations and develops solutions consistent with organization objectives and in compliance with the internal procedures and external standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in English Language Teaching, English-Spanish translation, Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, bachelor degree on any Quality-related-field or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.
- ** Intermediate** - **Advanced English Level (Oral-Written).**:

- Experience translating documents.
- Working experience with Quality Management Systems and knowledge/understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations, etc (desirable).
- Excellent verbal / written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; must be able to multi-task, assimilate, and analyze information quickly.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established timeframes

**Preferred**
- Experience using PLM systems
- Training area experience
- Knowledge in writing procedures (desirable).
