**Job Description**:
As a Division Engineering Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Manage project timelines and budgets for assigned projects.
- Successfully interact with multiple discipline teams including 3M plant personnel, consultants and suppliers.
- Manage purchase request database in assigned areas in support of ordering capital equipment on behalf of assigned department(s).
- Communicate effectively to project team, facility staff and project owners.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor High school/Technical/Vocational degree level or 1-2 years of University/College Education.
2.Intermediate English skills. Written and verbal.
3.Team player with the ability to contribute in a matrix environment.
4.Intermediate excel skills.
6.+ 1 year of combined experience in and/or in support of project management in a private, public, government or military environment.
7.Self-motivated, fast learner willing-to-learn.
8.Must have high client service, quality oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
9.Resourceful, can work well with ambiguity.
10.Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Ability to independently manage and prioritize a complex and changing workload.- SAP Experience.
