Reporting to the Director of Corporate Fuel Management, the Dispatcher - Corporate Fuel Management role lies at the heart of the specialized offerings to large corporate aircraft fleets that is one of the key market differentiators for WFS Aviation.
It is customer service combined with sales and operational/ sales support for our most demanding customer database.
A Dispatcher - Corporate Fuel Management has to have a can-do approach to our customers, who can be calling in from large corporate flight departments and all around the United States with different requirements.
The Dispatcher needs to be a problem solver who understands the importance of having empathy for the differing needs of the high net worth aircraft operators.
Key Responsibilities:

- Quote and arrange fuel for targeted customers in the Fuel Management program.
- Will be the primary dispatcher to arrange fuel for clients where WFS is handling the international trip support services.
- Submit sales orders to appropriate suppliers and/or airport contacts.
- Analyze client's schedules from the fuel management program and deliver quotes and sales orders.
- Support the North American sales team with quotes and sales orders.
- Interface with clients to ensure their fueling needs are met.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve all incidences that may occur.
- Performs other duties as assigned by department supervisor.
- Position may work additional hours during the week or on evenings and weekends.
**Experience**:

- At least 1 year experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
- Advanced English
- Flexibility work on weekends
- Bachelor's related with the role.

- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Great attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn
