About this opportunity The Director, Sales CALA is an experienced professional in charge of developing and expanding Sales Organization in Caribbean and Latin America region for the complete Invisalign product range. Designing strategies and leading sales organization in multiples countries in LATAM to expand the business with the Align Digital Platform, by building strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gaining greater market share. Will direct lead the sales team and manage a matrix organization to achieve the business goals. The incumbent also can expand the Invisalign business across CALA by locating and contacting potential partners whilst also discovering and exploring new opportunities. Director, Sales CALA is a proven sales leader whose energy, focus and determination are matched by well-developed selling skills. In this role, you will… Meet Country sales objectives and P&L targets, by leading strategies and initiatives that aligns with company priorities. Motivate and inspire the organization to achieve countries targets, develop and execute effective sales plans, and lead commercial strategies for the success of the business. Design strategies, business plans and lead execution in partnership with multiple stakeholders from corporate functions to maximize and achieve sales goals. Responsible for the establishments of both market and target customer strategies for all CALA region and use the full array of sales tools and coaching to effectively execute commercial strategies. Responsible for leading commercial strategies in matrix organization, with all the functional departments of the company, most specifically in partnership with Marketing, Clinical Education, Commercial Operations, Finance and others. Create a winning and disciplined culture which is crucial in a competitive market. Assess and develop teams effectively to build a high performing organization. Creates an environment that encourages professional growth, fosters inclusivity, and value among team. Demonstrate ability to use current and future industry trends related to Dental and Orthodontic Industries to influence business results, including product portfolio expertise and competitive market knowledge. Be customer oriented and be present in the field to manage customer relationships. Be able to manage projects and handle multiple detail-oriented projects at a time. Comply with all compliance policies, practices and procedures. Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication and active listening skills, in English as a second language. In this role, you'll need … Minimum of 15 years of sales and marketing experience, with previous experience at the Director level; High influential, inspirational leadership and executive communication/presentation skills. Sales & Marketing Skills: Ability & comfort having business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L); Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required. MBA Preferred; Demonstrate experience worked with sales Distributors or 3rd parties. Fluent English and Spanish; 50%-70% field travel; Experience within Medical device or Healthcare Industry is desirable; Proven inspirational leadership and ability to manage a matrix organization;
