**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Crafting systems and standardization for post-factory operations in Latin America following global operations standards and systems and in alignment with global operational excellence leadership.
- Working in partnership with business group operations leaders to optimize full quote-to-cash cycle.
- Supporting the Business unit ownership of inventory tracking (ITO) while leading the importation of and warehousing of customer shipment inventory.
- Crafting systems and handle customer shipment inventory management tracking including storage and obsolescence.
- Owning billing and picking processes including implementing processes, resources, and systems.
- Supervising factory operations logistics performance and influence improvements.
- Providing leadership for Logistic teams to ensure successful implementation of the enterprise logistics systems (From Factory to Customer door) including measurement of freight forwarders.
- Driving a monthly cadence with BU leadership around inventory concerns that impact the Quote to Cash Process.
- Preparing and communicating an important metric dashboard at monthly Americas Leadership Staff call to include measures such as cost of logistics, customs issues, lost shipments, last mile distribution, updates of software improvements.
- Providing vision on new technologies to improve post-factory operations and performance in Latin America (including RFID technologies, billing system improvements, customer information improvements and other optimization of the warehousing activities leading to streamlining the process across Latin America and reducing costs) to drive ongoing continuous improvement of the Quote to Cash Process.
- Providing leadership for logistics and billing teams. Leading the Latin America Operations Board.**Who You Are**:

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 6 years related experience.
- Minimum of three years in Emerson Operations Management Located in a major Emerson site within Latin America**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
- Confirmed experience in efficiently leading, motivating, and developing teams is ideal.
- Deep professional knowledge of principles of perfect execution Outstanding project management skills strongly preferred.
