We are looking for someone who would be part of the team responsible for translation cases to provide resolution on complex scenarios as a Digital Translations Analyst in Western Union.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- You will act as a key part of the digital content process flow, managing the translations process to analyze content tickets, understanding the required efforts for respective translations in order to provide estimated delivery dates, understanding the usage of the internal translation memory for possible content matches, developing effective interdepartmental written and oral communication, managing and monitoring the overall budget, reviewing project costs and looking for budget efficiency, as well as maintaining vendor relationship and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Troubleshoot and validate translated content implementation, report technical issues, provide professional orientation to internal customers about adequate end-to-end processes and systems, and maintain updated documentation (flowcharts, user guides, work instructions, quick cards, glossaries, etc.)
- Also, you should have a complete understanding of the translation workflow to keep track of the process's health and improvements.
**Role Requirements**:
- 1+ year of university bachelor's degree studies completed in Translation or a related field.
- 6+ months of experience in translation using CAT tool, stakeholder management, and customer service.
- HTML and XML knowledge. (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of project management tracking tools, such as Atlassian's JIRA.(preferred)
- A third language(preferred)
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Stakeholder management.
- Team player.
- Tolerance to ambiguity and working in a fast pace environment.
- Self-starter, quick learner, tactical, strong analytical skills, persistent and pragmatic approach to getting things done.
- Attention to detail and ability to break down complex problems into simple ideas.
- Feels comfortable working in technical environments.
- Analytic skills to relate the information documented with the customer experience behavior.
