Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Digital Trade Marketing Engagement Executive to join our team in Costa Rica who will develop trade marketing Engagement Programs (Business to Business) for our markets in Central America and Caribbean, including online and offline channels (Digital Marketing).
Your day to day
- Support our Digital Trade Engagement Program for our markets by:

- Create digital journeys and campaigns briefs for content
- Create weekly activities per campaign, for the specific audiences
- Align and prioritize campaigns to ensure proper execution in the platform
- Keep track of user activity, campaigns performance, task response rate
- Propose action plans to improve KPI´s (user reactivation strategies, campaign performance)
- Align with Third party agency to publish content according to markets calendar
- Coordinate with third party agency platform adjustments, manual processes execution (payments)

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Publicity, or any other related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in Trade Marketing (Digital Marketing perspective) preferably in FMCG.
- Previous work experience with Digital tools mainly with Sales Force Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
