- Manage multiple complex programs and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Own Customer Experience, drive continuous improvement through process excellence and generate measurable impact;
- Drive the team to deliver on business deliverables viz. On-Time Launches of Content, Quality Assurance and Productivity;
- Demonstrate high Ownership and Bias for Action;
- Work with global cross-functional teams and supporting cross-functional projects;
- Work with Process Excellence and Six Sigma;
- Be able to manage multiple programs, engage with internal and external stakeholders and insist of the highest standards of Operational Excellence;
- Be analytical, make data-driven decisions and articulate problems/insights through robust reporting;
- Be responsible for hiring, training and building high performing teams;
- Formulate, implement and track career path and Individual Development Plans for team members. - Knowledge of data mining using SQL
