Digital Project Manager (On-Site Hybrid)

**What you'll get to do**:

- Managing the creative development process for our web UI design team from figma layouts to final art and asset delivery.
- Partner with our brand and creative team to deliver artwork, web pages, landing pages, banner ads, video, and any other interactive design element for web production.
- Develop internal traffic systems, creating schedules and tracking project progress, routing work for review and approvals, opening and closing projects in Adobe Workfront, and guiding all work to completion.
- Coordinate work with our web development team, marketing teams, and operations to determine priorities and ensure processes and delivery is seamless.
- Adapt and reprioritize projects and assets to align with resources and production timelines.
- Flex to help other project managers and creative teams across the organization.

**Must-have Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in project management or associated field
- Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience with creative teams working on a large SaaS/Tech brand either in-house or agency
- Thrives in a fast-pace work environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
- An advanced knowledge of the latest project management software (Workfront and Jira) as well as an understanding of creative workflow using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. Also experience with file management systems and Google slides.
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work as a member of a team and has the focus to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at resource management including implementation of processes, tools, and tracking for all resource assignments including outside creative agencies.
