The position will be responsible for coordinating with multiple operational teams to ensure timely turnaround times of the customer support process.
Person will also process refunds of unknown payments that the accounting team has identified.
Must have critical thinking skills to make decisions on how to solve for a customer.
Will work closely with the different teams to monitor performance and KPIs of claims processes, including refunds to customers and escalations.
Also, will manage follow-ups and prioritization with the teams involved.
Responsible for weekly reporting to teams' leadership.
And will support on testing of new digital products and assess their related processes for customer support.
