The Digital Media Analyst will ensure safe experiences for both people and businesses across the global, online community. This role is critical, and it makes an enormous impact for millions of users worldwide.
You will be on-site working at a computer each day reviewing content, including images, text videos, and audio. The content may occasionally be of a sensitive, explicit, and graphic nature. You will be trained on how to enforce the client's policies, and then use these policies to uphold the stablished community guidelines.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review, classify and/or eliminate content, uploaded by users, according to the parameters defined by the client.
- Comply with the performance indicators or parameters defined by the specific operation.
- Make timely escalations that require special attention from your line manager in accordance with established procedures.
- Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and the proper handling of customer information to guarantee the security of the information.
- Participate in continuous training programs established by the company for optimal development in the role.
- Comply with all instructions and procedures related and complementary to the role
- Be attentive to the communications that arrive through the different communication channels of the company
**Requirements**:

Pay: ¢890,000.00 - ¢995,000.00 per month
