**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work with Americas Marketing Director and team, business units and Industry Leaders on the digital customer experience of various Events, Conferences, and Trade Shows, including customer invitations, registration forms, follow-up communications, etc.
- Support marketing campaign development process and timeline by coordinating with Marketing team and other stakeholders as needed.
- Leverage Digital Marketing/Media skills to publicize North America campaigns, events and other activities.
- Develop strategies to capture leads and contacts from campaigns to grow and clean contacts database for future campaign utilization.
- Own and proactively manage content for internal and external campaigns/newsletters with remote cross-functional teams.
- Be able to do design work and coordinate designers or copywriters, to develop collateral material to be used by Americas sales and marketing teams.
- Spark discussion and monitor conversations across social media, address important mentions in real-time through engagement and understanding of ongoing innovations.
- Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects, including script creation, storyboarding, budgeting, timelines, and allocation of resources, and selecting optimal forms of media for projects.
**Qualifications**
- B.A. or B.S. or similar (Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications or similar) or equivalent work experience
- 2 - 3 years of experience in graphical design and video edition (Adobe Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere )
- 2+ years of experience with Social Media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and Blogs
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills (Spanish and English)
- Comfortable collaborating with others in-person or virtually in a face paced environment.
- Experience with marketing campaigns
- Experience with Marketing Automation systems (Eloqua and Apsis preferred)
- Familiarity with professional cameras, production, filming and editing
- Experience writing, editing, producing, and tracking digital content
- Demonstrated ability to manage and multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
