We strive to provide our clients with information related to personal injury cases throughout South Miami.As a law firm we are in a rapid growth stage, that is why we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals.- Own and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, mastering audience targeting and creative messaging.- Deep dive into analytics reports, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations for maximum campaign ROI.- Manage and optimize marketing budgets across channels, ensuring efficient spending and hitting financial targets.- Work with the content creation team, designers and copywriters to develop engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.- Work with the sales team using CRM to integrate marketing actions.- Work with the Marketing Manager to create Lead Generation Marketing Strategies for the firm.- Be in charge of the law firm's social media organic performance.- Keep track and audit the relevant marketing-related data.- Engage in and track results of A/B testing for marketing campaigns.**Qualifications**- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising.- Proven expertise in Google Ads (PPC, Display, and YouTube), Facebook Ads, and at least one other major ad platform.- Strong knowledge in Google my Business and Google Maps.- Knowledge in tools like Google Analytics, MS Clarity, Google Tag Manager.- Strong knowledge about conversion event setup and measurement plus manage Meta Pixels, Google Ads Pixel.- Strong budget management skills and experience optimizing campaign performance for ROI.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.- A passion for innovation, experimentation, and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.- Reporting Skills - The ability to accurately track data and create easy-to-understand data sheets and dashboards using Data Visualization software such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Anlaytics, etc.Other Requirements- Must have good, stable internet connection.- Must own a computer.- Must own a camera for Zoom meetings.- Fluent in English and Spanish both Written and Verbal**Salary and Benefits**:- Competitive salary and benefits package, including remote-first work flexibility.- A dynamic and collaborative work environment where creativity and data-driven thinking are valued.- The opportunity to work on challenging projects and make a real impact on company growth.- Continuous learning and development opportunities to stay at the forefront of the digital marketing landscape.- Remote Position- Medical InsurancePay: ¢613,555.00 - ¢920,332.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Application Deadline: 30/03/2024Expected Start Date: 15/04/2024
