Job Description Summary:
The role of Production Support Admin, within our Production Technology Team, is focused on providing remote support of our production technology stack for our New York Studio, especially the management of media assets and the full life cycle from ingest, production, deliver and archive. You will be working with a team of two engineers based on site in New York and reporting into the Head of Production Technology based in London.

Job Description:
Our Technology Stack
- Apple Mac hard computers running MacOS
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Jump Desktop
- Iconik.io
- Ziflow
- LucidLink
- Edit Share
- Aspera
- Massive.io

**Responsibilities**:
Archive:

- Archive Assets from LucidLink and Edit Share into Iconik
- Migrate Archives from legacy systems into Iconik
- Supporting restoring of assets from Iconik and legacy Systems (including LTO, harddrive, etc)

Asset Library
- Migrate legacy assets into iconik
- Upload and set metadata of approved assets

Ingest
- Management of MASV delivery portals and workflow into LucidLink or Iconik

Delivery
- Preparation of assets for delivery and QC process
- Uploading assets for delivery to portals such as Extreme Reach and Comcast

Main Point of Contact for finding assets/projects in MAM

Writing and maintaining documentation for Media Asset management

Processes
- Manage Jump Desktop farm (update and setup new users)
- Attend regular team meetings (tech and production)

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in asset management
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Positive, "can-do" attitude
- Ability to work under pressure

Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of video formats and transcoding
- Cloud compute platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP
- Scripting and Automation (such as AppleScript, Javascript, Python)
