**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:
- Define, develop, and present analytics reports using Adobe Analytics and other tools in both ad hoc and regularly timed intervals
- Deliver customer insights to digital product teams based on web traffic and customer behavioral data analysis
- Identify metrics that align with project objectives
- Build reporting dashboards to measure impact of A/B tests & personalized digital marketing campaigns
- Interpret, collect, and analyze digital marketing data, then provide insights and action plans
- Inform product and optimization roadmaps with insights from data analysis
- Provide direction to development team on website tagging during build phase to reflect Key Performance Indicators for the initiative
- Be a resource for on-site and distributed team members on best practices
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Adobe Analytics (or similar analytics package)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and requests concurrently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for varied audiences including stakeholders and executives
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to audiences including stakeholders and executives
- Experience making recommendations and presenting complex information to non-technical audiences
- Advanced English Level C1
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- SEO knowledge a plus
- Power BI experience a plus
- Understanding of A/B testing tools
- Experience with Agile development, including scrum ceremonies
- Familiar with Dual Track Agile and Lean UX concepts
- Experience in eCommerce, mass merchant or retail environment
- Strong time management and ability to be self-directed
- Experience with wide variety of analytics, reporting and statistical tools: Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Access, SQL
