**What You'll Do**
Responsible for the FreeStyle Libre education and training for the HCPs in the target assigned ensuring the best knowledge for these HCPs, the best technology use, while building and maintaining robust relationships with the medical community. The purpose of this role is to coordinate and follow up on the sales of products of ADC in the key accounts like hospitals, drug store chains and wholesalers/logistic operators.
- Achieve the SFE goals in coverage and frequency regarding the visits to HCPs assigned in order to train them in FreeStyle libre Ecosystem. Implement marketing and distribution strategies for the products and services (including price strategy) ensuring sales achievement and market share goals.
- Ensure to obtain the highest productivity rates from the resources, assuring the achievement of objectives through effective negotiations with different channels/chains that allow the development of ADC business portfolio at short/medium/long term. Maintain and increase the ADC business within the territory assigned, achieving sales and division margin profiles, guaranteeing profitability targets.
- Establish training programs for drug store dependents to ensure adequate knowledge base for ADC products.
- In charge of the local business development for ADC, to accomplish aggressive growth rates for the division aimed to achieve the inclusion and penetration of FreeSteyle Libre in the Costa Rican Healthcare System. Be compliant with Abbotts Commercial & Ethics Business and Code of Conduct and all other policies in the area.
- Attend/Participate/Coordinate medical events and congresses. Servicing, developing, and coordinating sales depending on channels assigned as Logistic Operators, wholesalers, distributors or drug store chains, drug stores with point of sales support.
- Making a timely collection of the accounts assigned to get sell-out information for clients such as distributors and hospitals. Report the Commercial Manager the account's performance, customer status, future trends, stocks control, inventory and local supply chain management.
**Required Qualifications**
- University degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Professional.
- Minimum Experience/Training Required
- Required: 5+ years experience in medical call and commercial client negotiations in the pharmaceutical industry, developing and sustaining solid relationships with key accounts. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Desired: Experience within the diabetes medical devices or insulin industry.
