In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of experienced engineers in the US and Costa Rica who are focused on improving developer effectiveness across the company
- Provide technical leadership to identify opportunities, remove roadblocks, and mentor team members
- Manage business relationships with senior leaders to understand their strategy, identify where our team can add value, and influence leaders towards long-term partnerships (i.e. business development and account management)
**Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar degree program
- 4+ years of related DevOps experience, for example:
- Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Solid experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash
- Proficient with containerization technologies and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes
- Administration of modern/distributed source code management systems using tools like GitHub
- Implement monitoring, reporting and analytics using tools like Prometheus Grafana, Elasticsearch
- Advanced English level
Preferred qualifications
- Proven experience in a DevOps or Software Engineering leadership role, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation solutions to streamline deployment and infrastructure management
- Experience with software configuration management using tools like SaltStack, Ansible
- Able to influence senior decision makers and lead business development activities

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
