In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of experienced engineers in Costa Rica and the US who are focused on improving developer effectiveness across the company
- Develop and manage key relationships with business unit leaders to understand their strategies and pain points, identify where we can add value, and influence leaders to leverage our team to help accelerate their goals
- Oversee a portfolio of in-flight projects to ensure we meet customer expectations, while providing technical direction to our team members where needed
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:
Technical, Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field with 5+ years of related DevOps experience in the following:
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Containerization technologies and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes
- Scripting languages like Python, Bash
- Administration of source code management using tools like GitHub
- Linux fundamentals, networking, monitoring, scripting, etc.
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing leadership role, such as Service Owner, Product Owner, technical team lead, or similar roles
Advanced English level

2+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
